Theoretically, OSH implied price should be 0.6275 of STO… the moment when OSH falls lower than implied price it creates an arbitrage opportunity for someone to sell STO buy OST @ lower than implied price …and then at the time of conversion receive more STO shares than originally sold…
short STO buy selling @ $6.40 >> implied OSH price is $6.40 x .6275 = $4.016 if u could buy STO at lower than $4.016 … u get more STO shares than original sold = profit
