I can't imagine the "hidden assets" of this company will remain hidden for much longer. The current valuation ascribes a low valuation to the existing strong fundamentals but more importantly, a valuation of zero to the pipeline assets, including those that are clearly on the verge of becoming cashflow generative, which simply is not appropriate.
