Reportedly from a meeting P.W. had in Germany with some analysts / key investors as a follow up to the Dusseldorf soiree. I have seen a German transcript of the meeting and so believe it could well be true given the lack of activity in the b.b space. Only 8985 shares in one purchase since the 13/5 so there must be some fairly explicit standing orders on when, and how aggressively the buy back is to be executed.
If true, it is an absurd situation and deserves condemnation.
