I queried the 6% shorts in another thread. My current thought is that they've probably already made a lot shorting from $40 down to current levels. Will they close their positions before FDA approval?
My other thought was whether there is there a patent issue with this drug? I know its been in development for a long time. Will it come off patent soon and we see generics flood the market?
