Hey Money i actually posted this by mistake as i was in another conversation. Anyway i was referring to New hopes application to hold 90k back from the oakey coal alliance for legal costs. Court did not approve this, however like i said i'm confident the high court hearing is not needed for New hope to get digging.
Great result on the quarterly, as expected NSW coal assets doing very well. If anything the result should be a wake up for the QLD Gov.
Will be interesting to see what average price we achieved for the coal sold.
