Couple of things to consider:
UK manufacturing is 16 year high
Car sale in US rose by 20%
German steel price has increase in the last couple of days.
BSL shows positive divergence in fast stochastic.
1.90 has been a strong support.
B/S ratio decrease today.
BSL had December rally last year.
