And dont even get me started on Australian labour costs (low>medium skilled). Watch the wage growth space, it will drop in real terms and may even drop on nominal terms across the board. I think its already dropping on nominal terms in the mining sector. The employees have had the upper hand for so long, but the tide is turning.
