Now there is a small trend that the number of shorts is gradually getting down. Total number on the 15th of July was 172.678, down 9.13%. The highest level of shorts this year was 194K. Big increase (50%) was in May. The volume has not been very high during the last 2 weeks but I would predict the number will still go down while we are waiting for more info about phase 2.
