These figures are from 31.12.2019. So this level is indicating that short activity is drying gradually. There is still volatility, even today. To me, it looks that there will be positive news soon, but who knows. At least I have been waiting for them for several months, if not in fact years. But shorts have not been at this level for a very long time, not even once last year and perhaps not even in 2018. I hope this "indicator" predicts now correctly and we will get good news very soon.
