Its a double edged sword really regarding dividends. Keep paying them will support the share price and keep holders happy. This will help in the even management manage to maneuver the company into an opportunistic position and which raise any capital. Stopping dividend payments will see the share price fall, but allow the the company to come out very strong in a few years.
It looks like debt isnt too much of a concern for management. It's high for me, but within the industry its one of the lowest I've seen. I really doubt they'd stop divvies unless the market really deteriorated. And it really looks like the bottom will form this year.
I think a lot of holders can see that management, whilst very very experienced, might be falling asleep at the helm. They made some pretty bad decisions the last year timed perfectly with bad market conditions. Lets hope they turn this around asap! I dont want private equity to buy my shares for a steal at the bottom of the cycle.
