Instead of concentrating on the device  pipeline I find that I am spending a time wondering what the shorts next tactic will be.
I must admit I  never thought of them approaching the funds  for an off market  purchase to cover. Which if they did would be a  sign of the end of the beginning not the beginning of the end .  Instead my thoughts concentrated on them continuing the  scare tactics of the past I think they are going to play merry hell with the next quarterly. They will point out correctly that UNS is running at a loss  while  not ignoring but playing down  the importance of the  shipments to Hikma They will complain about the use of  the orbis loan to put in production lines and suggest that  the production lines are far more than will ever be needed . They will point to the interest on the orbis loan while ignoring the fact that  it is less  in interest than was previously being paid . As   income from production ramps up they will go through the accounts  looking for  anything to   show a discrepancy  see whitney houstons treatment of lumber liquidators page 18 and following.

However they would be hard put to find third world exploitation here  or would they

It would seem that either by chance as required by US  law or by deliberate planning UNIS  has  cut off criticism in that quarter.

Will  therefore shorts begin buying on the open market to cover  my guess not  for some time yet  but they woulsd seem to be aware of their problem
