Nice timing with your mention of big instos Cyprus with todays announcement. Some mention that the price target from this major healthcare analyst is $30, if so that is great there is not too many recommendations out there which carry a nearly 50% premium in upside (and I still think that would be a VERY conservative price). Manipulators do what they do and they control the price with these types of stocks when positive announcements come out - today they seemed to do this without even bothering to disguise themselves. It's amazing that a huge stock like CSL (with 100x market cap.) can move 5% when a big bank puts a price upgrade but CUV is actually forced down- it seems some real maintaining of prices was done again today (check out todays trading chart). Here is the law on that matter:
Section 1041A of the CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 prohibits conduct which has, or is likely to have, the effect of creating or maintaining an artificial price for trading in various financial products in financial markets
