Definitely seems like they want the price to be lower. It honestly would be so easy for them to push the price up, but all they give us is a strange and vague newsletter. The fundamentals are there but they can't sell the company (despite how easy it should be to sell it to investors). This should easily be valued at a multiple akin to PME, especially as (IMO) the future growth runway is much larger here. It certainly is a bit frustrating...
