prices falling due to people selling is not illegal it's natural. The company is in the position to easily generate significant investor interest due to the very compelling fundamentals but clearly are not doing this. That's their choice I guess, investor marketing is not a requirement for companies, but I'm not sure of the point of being listed if you're not going to try to generate shareholder interest. There's a bit of a broader market effect in the mix as well (healthcare stocks have been selling off the past couple years) but the company could definitely be doing more to encourage new investors to come on board.
Shorters aren't really doing anything they only make up about 5%. They're simply taking advantage of a lack of interest from buyers and existing investors getting bored.
