you summed up well, but to me in nutshell they shouldnt be spending $$$ buying the shares unnecessarily - I mean in this case including today's price action they have been quite successful in making a new floor for our SP despite shorters being aggressive they have been unable to supress the SP as it was ~$13.50 and now we are sitting around ~$15.20ish....thats to me floor of SP has been increased without doing actual BB and they need to use this BB funds very wisely only as PME also after announcements were not buying it aggressively, so I am comfortable to let settle the price around this level for a week or two and then I expect another upmove to $18+ by first week of May and if that happens without doing any major BB let the company retain the cash and may be if lucky they can announce a special divvy which shall be icing on cake....

CUV is holding nicely currently despite shorters increasing their short position is a huge uptick for me....as the more SP increases naturally its worse for the shorters....
