At the moment I can't see how they don't get a second strike, as very little has changed since the last AGM. That's rather exciting for me actually, as it means that, unless these guys are keen on a second strike, we should probably expect something significantly more bullish than a BB within the next few months. There's an impetus for them now to really ramp up the speed of progress so that they can given the market something sufficiently bullish prior to the AGM
I could see an upgraded US listing being announced, I sense that could be sufficient to ensure shareholder support during the next AGM. It would probably be the easiest way to boost the share price quickly
