It is one of four draft orders for nuclear power, I wonder what the other draft orders are; remains to be seen. Or in fact, if any are executed. But it is certainly promising. I can't imagine he'd be draft orders that are starkly opposite from each other. He's either getting ready to support nuclear or against it, this particular draft order breaking out of confidentiality into public spotlight today is certainly supportive, even if the most supportive of all four.
