Both questions are valid.
DYOR. Look at the projects, the AISC's why was SKO so good last qtr? Something to do with an ave $/oz taking cannon into account? Take that out of the mix and the oz's it adds and relook at the costs and oz's.
Hows the $100M bag of money going? Wasn't some of it allocated to a mill upgrade and HGO? Is there a plan in place to transition from an mostly UG project with some OP feed, ave head grade about 3-4g/t @1Mt pa to a project with ave feed grades closer to 1.5g/t? Oxides, clays and some high sulphide fresh? What type of throughput do you need to make that work? 1.6Mtpa, 2Mtpa? Can Mt Henry meet this by itself? Does that throughput work when you are hauling it 80kms (each way, at least!) with semi's?
How do you stop a mill or crusher to do the work? How do you keep pouring gold to maintain cashflow?
These are just questions that come to mind, I'm sure there is solutions to all of this.
