No worry. The shortest are trying to takeover apx instead of price difference.AA declared apx for sale. I suspect AA cooperate with shorter to bring a low price bid to board which is rejected. It is the reason he is kicked out so abruptly.it seems that the board will not accept any opportunistic takeover bid.
