The latest ASIC report I can find on current outstanding short positions is from 5th June - a week ago.

And the outstanding shorts have increased from about 170 million up to 182.7 million, or 10.66% of the company's shares.

So as long as LYC is NOT in a trading halt, and while the big boys are playing silly buggers, the outstanding number of shorts is increasing.

Given the fact that obviously many people have known for some time that no decision on the TOL was going to be made until about the 19th June, after the PSC report is debated, then it would seem to be scandalous and manipulative that LYC is not in a trading halt.

All those who have current complaints that are supposedly ctive with ASIC should consider letting ASIC know about that video, dated 23rd March, and tagged under it "As seen on Lynas Corporation Limited". This is the video where PM Najib specifically states that nothing will proceed regarding the licence until after the PSC have reported.

This is total, shambolic, political interference, market manipulation, and lack of market disclosure by Lynas who have obviously known about the video since March 23rd at least.
