Your sarcasm had sailed over alkefguy. They are forgetting that this is a classical situation where the government and opposition have held LYC hostage to their cause. No amount of publicly embarrassing the government or the opposition will deliver the TOL at this point in time.

As you stated thank god the company has more sense to keep quite at this point in time. The only thing to do is work upon the plan B and quietly implement it. I doubt if Lynas management is upto it. Crown gate doesn't inspire any confidence in this management working for the shareholders.
