WB, I understood that teh FIRB decision about Lynas allowed the Chinese to hold anything below 50% anyway, so dont know what on about. I disagree with your thesis anyway. The Chinese are mor ethan happy to see non-Chinese sources of REO, as they are starting to run short themselves and it takes the pressure off them. I think you should do some more reading on this suubject...
