    perfect opportunity for shorts
    to cover these issues were pretty much known before if u look at previous announcements ,
    this is civil not criminal
    it could take years to resolve itself
    people in the know that they were selling will cover today

    shorts must cover just remember
    they wouldnt get a better chance thn this
