From my perspective I would have thought that they are shot even with JH flagging the sale of some shares.
What are shorts going to do? Sell shares they don't own directly into the hands of large instos who have basically signaled to the market that they were more than happy to buy at the price prior to the AGM.
Remember there is always a larger fish in the sea.
