    No. The volume today was low and it was ticking to the upside not the downside. Thats saying that supply at these levels is drying up and it will move up imo. You cant simply just say oh look at the ratio.. if you were to do that please have a look at the ratio of the top 4 lines of either side. Buyers outweighh sellers 7:4.
