On the 15th of Feb there were only 6713 shorted shares, down from 8581, almost 22 %. Is this a sign of some positive news about PBT2??? It could well be, but it is only one sign. The very long wait (26 months) for PBT2 news could be another sign, commercialization deal or perhaps more likely deals, will be made one day or on several days, if there are many deals. Perhaps we can think that there is also some new practical info from Queensland microbiologists about how PBT2 would change antibiotic resistance in practice.
