I don't know about you guys, but I know exactly where the underwear and suit sections are in Myer. My biggest gripe is the line at the checkout! There's usually a 90 year old lady with a queue of 6 people. It can take up to 15 minutes to buy some socks.
I'd love to see a self-serve section in Myer for items under $100 at the least. That will free up plenty of staff to help customers try on shoes and other products.
Also, I hate to say it, but a few active younger staff members are probably a lot more effective than some of the grey army that Myer needs to deal with. Myer has staff that have been with them for over 40 years. 40 years!
