I went for short with MYR and now, I just covered that go for long. I believe MYR will deliver a suprise profit in the second half of 2015 financial year given that its March quarter was better than expected and sale off season started earlier this year. Also, MYR started trimming its under performance outlets in Ryde and Melbourne. While, the move may not help the sales but it will certainly bring down the rents, wages and admin by massive millions. I reckon the short will last for a couple of weeks or more until the full year report is released. But with China getting of the worst and positive outlook for Greece, IMO, it is risky to go short for now
