It would appear from the volume that a number of shorts have taken profits & exited the stock.
The stock price may now have risen to a point where it stagnates & the shorts may resume their position & push the price back down.
If the price has been pushed artificially high the shorts will be back in business.
Has the company suddenly increased its market share to command the current price?
If not, it could prove to be a sitting duck for shorts to move back in.
