Short interest in PDN represents a high percentage of PDN's shares exchange. But Shorting is a dangerous strategy -- the potential for loss, the potential for PDN to start going higher is now highly likely. As the debt cloud clears and an acknowledged U8 shortage with potential demand - short sellers are extremely likely to buy back the shorted shares. These buys, in themselves, push stocks higher still as they compete with the rest of us as we increase our portfolios.
