That's the point - why should we take someone seriously if we don't understand that they are shorting the stock. I also think into the future a declaration that is not the truth could be used against you. Its an attempt to deceive and if you gained benefit - like the shorter in CCP did false disclosure could be used to build the case of deception.
I am particularly careful about my comments and disclosure. This forum may seem fun but some who invested in EGO remember the lawsuits ...
