All will be revealed when the results are out. An auditor I know has suggested that accounting policies and when revenue is deferred or earned is a hot topic at the moment and that anything like the report that was released will have to be part of the review and audit process. So their view is that these results will be the test as all of this will have been explored.
I am not sure that is so easy in this very complex business but at least its a focus.
So iof the results come out and they show what I expect and that is that the GFC scared the company officials so badly that they have been running a clean and conservative sheet then the shorter's may well be facing a buying spree which I intend to take part in and their pressure will have afforded all of us a cheap entry point. Not long now probably just over a month...
