Same thing happened to APT a few months ago, with shorters going heavy, but also was backed with some negative media also.
It not only broke above old highs, but has risen over 80% in under 3 months since.
I bought at open as well seeing it as a golden opportunity with no change in fundamentals & a 20% discount.
