    will get nowhere near 8.4% dividend. govt cuts will come heavy in F18 and all operators will get cut

    no longer allowed to charge certain fees to recoup the cuts.

    last time operators got cut by govt, their EBITDA declined by 20% plus, this was pre ASX listing.n
