I don't know why you think that UNS could " fail " in the coming months. It has been said that the company can now operate on the sales revenue from the deals in place. There will be enough income for the company to operate, assuming that the deals already agreed to will go ahead as announced. I have no reason to believe that Sanofi or Hikma will not complete their contracts.

The expansion of manufacturing capacity is proof as far as I am concerned, that the current deals ensure the viability of Unilife.

The shorting activity really has nothing at all to do with the running or the viability of the company, and I would be unhappy if the company management spent any time worrying about it. It's a sideshow.

There are too many people on here hedging their bets with their " we'll either be $? or ? cents. That's hardly a prediction any better than " It will be fine if it doesn't rain " .

We're going through another period of " no new deals announced ", but there's apparently no lack of activity in the company itself.

I'm quietly confident that the company is expanding its production capacity, negotiating new deals, preparing to make significant sales.

    Cheers
    J
