TA is not without merrit and if I didn't like the story on FA I would say on TA CMR is a sell. Been heavily shorted, heavily sold into every rally including any interest monday following the European roadshow. The heavy increase in shorts given roadshows, possible drilling results and potential for general market bounce from oversold positions should make shorts thin on the ground at these prices???

This Stamp Duty must be going badly. The only reason finalisation can be this late is that CMR/HNC are not happy with the figure (could be north of $25M for eg) and it has been appealed. If the HNC do walk away (only saying if) even to pressure the NT gov share price will tank badly (sub $3 IMHO).

There are many possible things behind the scenes that we are not privy to that can leak before market is informed.
