Have no idea but if levied on the Oxides, $3 or $4 mill sounds a bit light to knock the whole deal over. Otherwise, they may as well levy on the whole IGV? Probably easier to ring the CMR office. Even if, when Apache walked away from NXS's Longtom, NXS hit the skids. Now they're running around all time highs and that was only a guessing game then with the gas. CMR's drills are far more specific.
