Looks to me like kl/ kla pops up on a screen in some quantitative investment software... sad thing is it could be on robin hood... or another millenial site.
Current huge market cap vs low 'dividend ratio' (currently too low to justify it) probably looks like a bubble on their screen.
Maybe cash and ore holdings isnt part of their quantitative equation and they're operating off historical dividends... (however we know that the market is backwards and invest accordingly).
...Deep value?... not the impending economic reality. Those value strategies are currently failing and underperforming the market. A tempting buy.
