15 years ago ... the Chinese were still mostly Peasant Farmers ..and % rates were at 10%
Chinese are Wealthy now ..and % rates are 2 to 4% .. the Dynamics have changed.
the lower AUD .. offsets High home Prices for Foreign investors ...as they get a FX discount.
a lower AUD ..and low % rates ..with low OIL prices ..will fuel our Economy up .. as we move away from Commodities as our driver.
