I am since 30 years in the dairy business, my background is veterinary science & agriculture science/animal breeding! I was involved in bovine genetics - at the beginning a non-believer till 2005 than I went deeper in the subject and got in touch with Prof. Woodford‘s brilliant book „The Devil In The Milk“ - I could present you hundreds of reports of people which were unable to drink normal milk but milk from A2A2 cows! Retired since beginning of the year and actually studying the benefits of camel milk (Camelus dromedaries and Camelus bactrianus) - there are still many secrets behind the milk, we just slowly endeavor!
My Credo is very simple - „Civilization came with the cow and it will disappear with the cow“! Kiwis still have quite a number of cows, so there is more hope for your country!
