well if O.W and NAAIL wanted to go hostle to the wishes of the board...and that would not be a wise decision...
...then the board could just offer the same or larger placement to all shareholders at $4
M&G CAN vote their shares on that resolution....
...doubt OW will be willing to pay $4 and if trading is an indicator...it appears not to many small
investors would stump up $4...so any shortfall would be available to the shareholder or sharreholders
who are willing to pay $4...in steps M&G to take up the shortfall....one way or another they will get sold at $4 min
