Hot ! yes FAR will have given it ago with CNOOC back up that partnership would give the grunt that is needed as Cath said.
Also no one will be able to discount FAR and their understanding of this basin. Imagine all the 3D seismic interpretation and core staples they have analysed, this first hand knowledge cannot be undervalued it is critical aand reduces the guesswork offshore and that's priceless.
Anyone in partnership with FAR are fortunate they can hit the ground running and really confident in thier decisions.
Hope it is FAR and CNOOC or Total.
