So what do u think that tells you? Either FAR management were not told or chose not to announce. If it's the latter I'd like to know the reason.
My read on this is that the two big boys are controlling the JV as they wish and may I add can. The second piece is that WPL r taking the lead for JV now and not too long before operatshop is passed to them.
Oh my. I really do wonde sometimes whether FAR are drip feeding Malcy to communicate to market so the Pe saga becomes a soft blow.
