Spylord.. pray tell how a 'Take-Over at 15c" can eventuate? I know the subject is done to death here, but to me, a T/O is wildly improbable.... unless it is by WPL or CNE (and why would they?)... you see the reality is both these JVPs can pre-empt their share of the SNE asset ... these are the rules... this would leave FAR with cash... and the ramshackle Moose Pasture they have recently aquired at over the odds terms ..imo... Hence... no T/O... it's a great big game of 'Gothcha'! ...imo. DYOR
