My own opinion is that the jv is still robust. I guess we will never really know. Having said all that, don't you think that connectivity changes everything? At that point in time you and I and most shareholders along with FAR management should be able to relax a bit more.....FEED and financing options put us in a different place.??.
Also maybe WPL jumped the gun....Have Cairn released anything??
