    BUL t/o of shares is pitiful given free float. For GLL the activity may not be shorting in the pure sense but has the same objective and effect. Looking at all the energy stocks that I monitor they are all in a state of flux-waiting to see what Angus has in mind? The long game is in play so short termers and quick buck operators not in this (at present).
