The short(s) increased recently to 3.74% (from 3.56%) and i suspect anyone selling now is largely selling to the shorter(s). I suspect this will continue until their position is closed (from a peak of 4.2%), or positive sentiment becomes overwhelming, which i do not see happening without some big (or a couple) funds buying (but they would probably employ the same tactics as the shorter(s).
