That's not the case if the Board had issues with existing or previous Directors and large SH they should have raised it and if they couldn't make change resign. Imo The Chairman has failed to run the Board properly and let's face it possibly got the role as a sweetener for the RTO. Time for him and the rest of the board to move on clean broom then imo the blockages will move and Alcoa will be back in play.
