just as well you don’t have to listen to me post the same every day then!
just because they’re low content, doesn’t make them wrong.
just like posting the same “wet streets cause rain” logical fallacies day in day out make them right.
in short, no I don’t believe that the main cause of short selling in stx is to actually buy a “10% strategic stake” via conversion. That’ll just offset the shorts!
Shorting to make it look cheap? Sure.
Shorting in hope of a duster? Sure.
Shorting in hope of more destructive policy intervention? Sure.
    SOA Arb? Most definitely!

But shorting in order to make people sell more shares into my buying than I’m shorting - and have that number somehow become substantial - give me a break.
but hey, believe what you want to believe.

I own both. Owned WGO. I participated in the off market blocks. So I’ve got a good recollection of how that all played out. I want everyone to make money too. I’m not stressed out about shorters and arb funds. If I was, I’d sell!
The drivers of shareholder value here are what’s in the ground and proved up. then potentially what a 3rd party are willing to pay for that. Nothing more. Tinfoil hats won’t make you money.
