to me one of the attractions to me for PGF are the short positions adding a defensive characteristic to the LIC.
it's not an equity pure play.
eg. most super funds are going to have 30-40% bonds instead of shorts
shorts mean the returns should be capped in a bull market but will outperform during turbulence.
anyone else see this?
